• Waitlist signups: your name, email address, and product interest, submitted through our signup form.
• Purchases: handled by our merchant of record. They collect your name, email, billing country, and order details to complete the sale and handle taxes. Your full payment card details go to the merchant of record and its payment processors — never to us.
• License activations: your license key and basic machine identifiers, used to enforce activation limits and prevent piracy.
• Support emails: whatever you send us when you contact us.

3. How we use it

To deliver products and license keys, provide support, send waitlist updates you asked for, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers needed to run the store (our merchant of record, email delivery).

4. Cookies and analytics

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers at this time. If that changes, we will update this policy.

5. Data retention

We keep order and license records for as long as needed to support your purchases and meet legal obligations. Waitlist data is kept until you ask us to remove it.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to andrew@virtualhouseaudio.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
