1. Who we are

VirtualHouse (“we”, “us”) builds audio software for home-recording musicians at virtualhouseaudio.com. Contact us at andrew@virtualhouseaudio.com.

Payments on this site are processed by our merchant of record, which acts as the seller for payment and tax purposes. Your order confirmation and receipt will name the merchant of record.

2. Our products

We sell digital audio software (such as VST3 and CLAP plugins) delivered as downloads, activated with license keys. Nothing is shipped physically. System requirements are listed with each product — please check them before buying, as we cannot guarantee compatibility with every host, DAW, or operating system.

3. License

Buying a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use that product. Each license key may be activated on up to the number of machines stated at purchase. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or publish your license keys or installer files.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to circumvent license validation, reverse-engineer the software for redistribution, or use our products in a way that violates the law.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Sales tax and VAT are calculated and collected by our merchant of record where required.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in our software, branding, and site content. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

8. Disclaimers

Our software is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for lost work or data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
